Custom Rehydration Formulations Rehydration is engineered, not improvised. Exact water volume, sodium, and carbohydrate ratios are calculated based on your muscle mass to super-compensate glycogen and fluids. You enter the fight heavier, fuller, and more explosive than your opponent.

Travel With You Protocol (VIP)

Coach Ohana travels with you during fight week anywhere in the world. Hands-on management of water loading, heat acclimation protocols, the weight cut, and the critical 24-hour rehydration window.
