I am Coach Ohana.
For over 20 years, I have obsessed over one question: what is the difference between good and elite?
I have traveled the world to find the answer. From coaching UFC Fight Pass veterans and the Octagon MMA Belt Holder to Olympic athletes, European champions, and BKFC pioneers, I have seen what the human body can do when it is engineered correctly.
My philosophy is simple.
