THE PHILOSOPHY
(Why We Focus on
Strength)

We Respect Cardio. We Specialize in Strength.

Cardiovascular health is vital.

Cardio zones can be guided by data if needed. In this room, the focus is on what is missing from most people’s lives: true biomechanical strength.

Muscle is the Currency of Longevity

Whether you are an athlete or a grandparent, muscle protects joints and powers metabolism.

The Missing Link

Most gyms focus on getting you tired. We slow things down to get you strong. Resistance training is prioritized because it is the foundation of physical usefulness.

THE EDUCATIONAL
PROTOCOL
(We Teach, Then We Load)

We Don’t Just Work Out. We Learn.

You are not placed on a machine and left alone. The process is guided step by step.

The Classroom

Every block begins with theory and technique. Movement biomechanics are broken down together so you understand why you are moving, not just how.

The Load

Once technique is safe and consistent, weight is added progressively.

The App

Your program is uploaded to the Ohana Performance App. You know exactly what you are doing before stepping into the gym.

INCLUSIVE SCALABILITY
(Everyone Fits)

One Program. Your Pace.
Athletes aged 16 to adults over 80 have trained in the same room through intelligent scalability.

Individual Intensity

Everyone follows the same foundational movement patterns. Load and intensity are adjusted to the individual.

Zero Pressure

No shouting. No forced effort beyond safe limits.

Safety First

Every rep is observed. If technique breaks down, the load is adjusted. The only good program is one you can recover from.

THE WINTER AND SUMMER PROTOCOLS

Seasonal Focus.

Winter: The Indoor Sanctuary
Focus: Pure strength and hypertrophy
Setting: Inside the Ohana facility
Capacity: Maximum of eight people per session for full supervision

Summer: The Outdoor Expansion
Focus: Metabolic conditioning and functional movement
Setting: Outdoor training
Goal: Applying winter-built strength to real-world movement

Data-Driven Progress.

Progress is measured, not guessed.

The Baseline

Depending on the package, muscle gain and fat loss are tracked over time to ensure the program is delivering results.

The Follow Up

Group Performance members receive an initial InBody 970 analysis to establish a clinically accurate starting point.

Schedule Dropping Soon.

To maintain safety and education standards, only eight people are accepted per session. Availability is limited and fills quickly.

The upcoming block schedule is currently being finalized.
