INBODY+CONSULTATION-this test will take approximately 5 minutes, and the remaining 25 minutes will be spent in consultation. During the consultation, our healthcare professional and fitness expert will interpret the results of the tests and provide the best recommendations for improving body composition, muscle strength, and overall health
1. Morning Preferred for Optimal Consistency: We generally recommend taking your InBody test in the morning on an empty stomach. This approach helps in maintaining a consistent baseline, as your body composition is less influenced by the day’s activities and meals. However, we understand that everyone’s schedule is unique. If a morning test isn’t possible, no worries! The key is consistency in your testing conditions. So, if you take your first test in the afternoon, continue to do so for subsequent tests. This ensures that each test is comparable and provides you with the most accurate trends over time.
2. Stay Hydrated: Drink water regularly the day before, but avoid excessive intake right before your test.
3. Mind Your Meals: Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior to testing. A light meal is fine, especially if not testing in the morning.
4. Comfortable Attire: Wear light clothing and remove metal accessories for the best results.
